Ziegler lays the first stone of its future logistics building!

On 26 February 2025, the Ziegler Group laid the foundation stone for its future logistics building.

Located in the heart of the Dunkerque Logistique Internationale (DLI) zone, this new infrastructure will cover 55,000 m² and include:

✔ A 16,750 m² logistics warehouse

✔ A 2,000 m² courier service

✔ 400 m² of modern offices

✔ 40 loading bays

✔ Electric charging stations, photovoltaic panels (965 kWp), and rainwater recovery systems (BREEAM “Very Good” certification)

✔ A 280 m railway spur line

Scheduled to open in 2026
The Ziegler Dunkerque branch should be operational in the first quarter of 2026.
