HERVÉ DUCLOY, NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF DUNKERQUE-PORT

A graduate of the Lyon Institute of Political Studies (IEP) majoring in politics and administration (1995/1997), of the National School of the Public Treasury (1999/2000) and of the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM) in Versailles (2004/2005), Hervé DUCLOY is a Deputy Public Finance Administrator whose previous appointment was with the Hauts-de-France Regional Public Finance Department (2010/2021).

Hervé DUCLOY replaces Julien LERNOULD, who has just taken up his new duties as principal comptroller for the French Waterways Network (VNF) after having worked for 6 years in Dunkirk-Port, where he was successively Comptroller and then Chief Financial Officer. He was also a member of the Executive Board since September 2019.
